How We Sort Out a Stormwater Problem

First we follow the water. Roof water comes down the downpipes, paving runoff goes to channel drains and gratings, and both should end up in a stormwater pipe or the street, never a sewer gully. Flooding usually means one link in that chain is blocked, broken or too small.
